POSITION SUMMARY
The Vice President of L&D will be responsible for a revenue-generating department, 10X Business Academy. This individual will lead a team of Content Directors, Instructional Designers, and Video Editors in order to create educational content for our clients and their team members. The product will have a focus on HR, Finance, Operations, Sales & Marketing content that is designed to teach team members within our client ecosystem. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and overseeing the implementation of comprehensive curriculum strategies that cater specifically to the needs of business owners across various industries.

- Developing the program overtime in order to continue to enhance the courses and make them increasingly engaging so clients continue to renew, or purchase other products/services due to their experience with 10X Business Academy
OBJECTIVES
- Develop and execute a strategic vision for client training content that aligns with organizational goals and directly supports the growth and success of client business owners.
- Lead a team of trainers in designing and delivering high-quality client-focused educational content, ensuring it aligns with industry best practices and addresses emerging trends relevant to client challenges.
- Create all presentation/decks needed for events and speaking engagements with CEO
- Collaborate with President to ensure all event content is updated and in alignment with the goals of the event
- Hold clients and their teams accountable to implementation of the training material
- Work closely with subject matter experts and instructional designers to efficiently create engaging, impactful learning experiences, such as client workshops, courses, and one-on-one coaching sessions.
- Develop and enhance client training materials, resources, and tools to support effective delivery and ensure clients can implement concepts successfully in their businesses.
- Establish and maintain partnerships with industry associations, business networks, and educational institutions to enhance curriculum offerings and access to resources.
- Drive continuous improvement by analyzing feedback, performance metrics, and market trends to optimize curriculum content and delivery methods.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to trainers, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation within the team.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and operations teams to promote and optimize the impact of the content curriculum offerings.
COMPETENCIES
- Strong understanding of business management principles, entrepreneurship, and the challenges faced by business owners.
- Experience in leading and managing teams, with demonstrated ability to inspire, motivate, and empower team members.
- Ability to facilitate workshops and lead engaging content in front of a large audience
- Comprehensive understanding of Finance, Human Resources, Marketing, Sales and Operations
- Ability to create engaging content and activities that provide tactical skill development
- Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to curriculum design.
- Knowledge of instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and innovative training methodologies.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Proven track record (8+ years) of leadership in curriculum development, training, or educational program management, with a client focused/external stakeholder context
